Thomas Bleu is Sol’s only friend (according to Sol), and a high-ranking military officer in The Association after the Flare. He’s not kind; he’s not merciful. He sees Solomon Iskinder’s genius, as well as his “brokenness,” and happily takes advantage.

The youngest of Harry Iskinder’s Travelers, Toddy is eager and just young enough to feel invincible, even on the black water.

In the world of the Sundered, Tomas is Demos’ younger brother.
