The term used for any vampires Notte created himself. Currently, the surviving number is nine:
- Ravena (circa15,000 BC)
- Sipho (circa 1500 BC)
- Tahir (circa 1000 BC)
- Adeola (circa 200BC)
- Yu (circa 200 AD)
- Elise (circa 500 AD)
- Roderick (circa 1000 AD)
- Terrance (circa 1450 AD)
- Marshall (circa 1740 AD).
These Night-Children are special because they are the closest to Notte in terms of powers and abilities, including immunity to sunlight. Notte doesn’t make many children; history has proven how few people can truly handle that kind of power, and giving it to the wrong people is a mistake he doesn’t intend to make again.
