The last dragon regent before the western dragon clans split over the silliest cause—the color of their scales. She had the gift of far-sight, or ‘very good guessing,’ and was able to pass that on to Merlin before she died.
She prophesied that one day, a baby dragon with diamond-hued form would appear to reunite her feuding offspring. She called that prophesied baby the Starling Child.
