Nightwheat is a grain grown by the Fey. It’s light gray in color, shaped like flowering amaranth. It’s good for flour, dyes, alcohol, and – once processed – certain incendiary powders. During the day, it seems almost colorless, but by moonlight, it takes on a magnificent metallic sheen, gleaming like real silver.
Celebrations with fireworks over fields of nightwheat are truly a sight to behold.
