Shah Achaemenid is ruler of the magical Persian empire. At least part Djinn, he’s of the People of the Sun, and can heal by touch. He usually appears as a middle-aged humanoid male, though his irises are known to glow red during thunderstorms. Those few who’ve tried to rebel against him were struck by lightning. He’s a quiet ruler, and not particularly merciful, but very fair. Achaemenid’s word is law.
