“Cloaking” is what Notte calls the ability to hide one’s seductive powers as a Night Child. It takes dedication and willpower, and not all Night Children are able to do it. Rai and Elsa are in particular terrible at this, accidentally seducing anyone they work too closely with, which interferes with their own studies.
