Ramses Al-Benumm tá Oman is a member of The Hush. He had a run-in with Katie Lin in Half-Shell Prophecies, resulting in the disastrous consequences (for him) laid out in the tale NO REPARATIONS ARE EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
As are most members of The Hush, he’s Kin – a Sun/Fey mix. He has some healing powers, but mostly uses his magic to control everything he possibly can around himself.
