A Snow-City in the Sundered, designed as a series of tunnels to retain heat and vented by fist-sized holes that release steam through the ceiling. The exits are only at the ends, and there are no windows—it would kill every Sundered One in the world to have to heat a city-sized place that was open to the sky.
