Inka is Kin, a deeply rare Dream-Fey mix. He functions as a World-Walker for Horse in the city of Az’Kabek.
Influential in Notte’s life, he was one of Horse’s rescues, and helped teach Notte. Inka’s ability to show clearly how much perspective affects perceived truth stuck with Notte and deeply informed his family philosophy.
