Those Ever-Dying who remained behind and suffered through the end of the world. While some chose to remain rather than give up their freedoms, others simply failed to qualify for rescue from those magical members of the Mythos, or for the Association’s dubious Pure qualification.
Some people call them the Remembered, but it’s not very common.
