I don’t really need to tell you about this place. You live there.

If you want pre-history according to the Ever-Dying, you can check Wikipedia. Unfortunately, that won’t tell you the real story.

Much of what was has been hidden for the sake of keeping the words apart, but I am slowly building a timeline which I will eventually publish here. I don’t want to do it yet, as it’ll largely be the plot of NotteName meaning: Night (Italian - he picked that one)Other .... For now, here’s what you need to know:

  • There are actually multiple Earths. Thanks to an accident of magic and quantum physics, the world was split into parallels milennia ago.
  • There are four parallel worlds, officially (though there are rumors of more – worlds lost to history and time). Apart from those, numerous creatures have created pocket dimensions as well. It’s not unusual to find three or four castles built in the same advantageous spot, separated by a matter of seconds, occpying identical but separate dimensions.
  • The earth has takenĀ a lot of hits for the team. I can’t express this enough. It’s kind of critical to The Sundered, Notte, and the book coming after Notte, which I’m temporarily calling Wings.
  • Never assume you know the end.

That’s all for now. Full timeline to come!
