Interesting post – The Book Biz’s Self-Fulfilling Prophecy? There is so much craziness going on right now regarding publishing it’s not even funny. This is just one of the many opinion pieces out there. Is it really time to panic about the death of the printed book? I don’t know – but I DO know the time to ask is NOT in the middle of a recession.
Duh.

Lastly… this puzzles me: “Fronta Nulla Fides” – in essence, “Don’t trust in appearances.” Which is nifty… and on every service and elevator door in the Beresford, a historical building in NYC.
It’s a fascinating and weird choice for the motto of a building. Any ideas why it’s there?
